If you download the FTP configuration file from cPanel, you can set up FileZilla automatically. By default, using this method will ask you for the password before you can actually connect. I can't download any files from the server. I have an SFTP connection perfectly working: I can browse the server, view/edit files, but can't download them. What makes me crazy is that my colleagues are able to download...I tried to disable the firewall on my laptop, but got no results...
My OS is MAC Lion and the server too..this is the error log (I tried twice, the same doc but different type):
